The rooms were luxurious and mine was huge with a large bathtub and fantastic appliances. I had a lovely and awesome breakfast with various dishes, and the food was appetizing. - the location was great and fantastic in a really nice area.

Clean, small hotel, I truly enjoyed clean rooms and good staff. The restaurant was magnificent for breakfast, I tried hot dishes. The beds with hypoallergenic pillows were lovely. The location was great and brilliant for walking around Hang Gai Street.

The hotel has an awesome location near Halong Bay and lovely employees who provide excellent service. the deluxe room is gorgeous, and we enjoyed exceptionally good views. It was an easy base for our trip, and we would definitely book again.

Love that there's an electric kettle and fridge in the room for convenience. the staff went above and beyond, very caring and always willing to assist. the room was super quiet, making for a good night's sleep every time. 🌟

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, with a large, clean and comfortable room. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town and just a short walk to the lake. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, providing us with great recommendations and even going out of their way to get us kimchi from a nearby supermarket as a gift. Highly recommended!
